ALEX is a website for teachers to help with ideas and techniques with teaching students. ALEX also has different catagories for a teacher to go under for help in any area he or she needs ideas or help in. Some of the areas they can go under are web links, lesson plans, search, personal workspace, professional learning, and distance learning.
In the ALEX website you can go under professional learning to help one teach a lesson in class, you can also use ALEX to look up subjects and studies. The ALEX website can give a teacher work space to work on activities for your class. The website also can help you with weblinks to look up work and information.
The ALEX website can offer a catagory for distance learning. The area of interest can help above average students and other students of interest come in on teleconferences, and subjects that are not offered. The big thing that would help myself is the help with lesson plans for the week.
